Hi, I’m Clarissa—the owner of Beauty Empowered, an award-winning hair extension specialist and educator, and a licensed Hair Designer Instructor.

I believe it is never too late to pursue a dream. I began my professional salon journey at 44 and built Beauty Empowered around a simple mission: giving women the tools to empower themselves and the confidence to conquer the world. I specialize in natural-looking hair extensions and personalized transformations that help women feel confident, beautiful and completely themselves.

Beyond serving my clients, I love educating beauty professionals and helping them strengthen their skills, build successful careers and recognize what they are capable of achieving.

I’m also a proud mom of six—although Elvis is the only one still at home—and “Glammy” to the two most adorable littles. My family is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m grateful to welcome every client into the Beauty Empowered family.

Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m a mom of three who enjoys nature walks, a good TV show and spending most of my time chasing children—and occasionally chickens.

I specialize in custom hair color, blonding, hair extensions and lash extensions. I love creating personalized looks that help every client feel confident and completely herself.

I’m also passionate about helping future beauty professionals enter the industry. Through my Lash & Brow Apprenticeship Program, I guide aspiring artists as they develop their skills and work toward earning their licenses.

Lillian

I’m Lillian, a licensed lash and brow artist passionate about creating customized, confidence-boosting looks for every client. I specialize in lashes and brows with a focus on precision, natural beauty and attention to detail.

My goal is to provide a comfortable, personalized experience where you can relax, feel cared for and leave feeling your best.

Aly

Hi, I’m Aly! I love traveling, hiking, being outdoors and nannying. Ever since I was little, I’ve loved all things beauty and knew I wanted to make people feel confident through hair.

I specialize in blonding and absolutely love creating bright, customized blondes for every client. From soft, natural looks to high-impact transformations, blonding is truly my favorite thing to do behind the chair.

Every service is performed with care and supervised by a licensed instructor, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy beautiful results while supporting the next generation of beauty professionals.

Our Lash & Brow Apprentices are building their skills through hands-on salon experience while welcoming select guests at a discounted apprentice rate. Each appointment is approached with care, precision and the guidance of a licensed instructor, so clients can feel comfortable while supporting an artist in training.
