Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Providing adequate notice allows our professionals to care for another guest who may be waiting for an opening, while helping us keep our scheduling and pricing fair for everyone.

48 hours’ notice is required.

All appointment cancellations or reschedules must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Changes made with less notice are considered a no-show.

Late arrivals

Arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. For massage appointments, late-arrival time is deducted from the scheduled session and the original end time remains unchanged.

No-show fee schedule

Fees are charged to the card on file and increase with each occurrence:

First$50 no-show fee

Second50% of the scheduled service or $50, whichever is greater

Third75% of the scheduled service or $50, whichever is greater

Fourth90% of the scheduled service or $50, whichever is greater

After a fourth no-show

After a fourth no-show, future appointments may no longer be scheduled at Beauty Empowered.
